For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below. These definitions apply throughout this document and to all related policies published on the pjo33 platform, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

Incomplete submissions will restart this timeline. pjo33 accepts no liability for withdrawal delays arising from a Player's failure to provide complete and satisfactory KYC documentation promptly.

3.5 Account Suspension During Review. pjo33 reserves the right to suspend an account — restricting withdrawals but not active gaming — while a KYC review is in progress. In cases where fraud or serious policy violations are suspected, pjo33 may freeze the account entirely pending investigation.

4.1 Player Responsibility. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pjo33 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

4.2 Unauthorized Access. 7.1 General Bonus Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these General Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for the matters they address.

7.5 pjo33 Rights Regarding Bonuses. pjo33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, including where pjo33 determines that a Player has not acted in good faith with respect to that promotion. Where a bonus is cancelled on this basis, any winnings generated from that bonus will also be voided.

7.6 No Cash Alternative. Bonuses have no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full. Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other consideration by agreement with pjo33 staff.
